P.-78 19-2321 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add staff enabling the program to expand from serving 100 to 140 students per day at the After School Program at Bella Vista Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,867.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,434.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
