P.-77 19-2320 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase student enrichment opportunities by adding 2-3 field trips, and to expand staffing to enable the After School Program to expand from 120 to 140 students served daily at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $12,487.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $145,637.00 to $158,124.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
