P.-76 19-2319 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to hire a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, screen, train, and support over 100 U.C. Berkeley student volunteers to provide one-to-one tutoring and mentoring to students, enabling the After School Program to expand from 140 to 160 students served daily at Lincoln Elementary for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $15,894.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $186,211.00 to $202,105.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
