P.-75 19-2318 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add several after school field trips throughout the year, providing greater educational enrichment and community building opportunities for 100 students in the After School Program at Manzanita Community School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,867.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,434.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
