P.-74 19-2316 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to fund four Academic Mentor positions to support student academics in the After School Program at Cleveland Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,867.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,434.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
