P.-73 19-2315 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding, between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add several field trips throughout the year, providing greater educational enrichment and community building for 120 students; increase after school staff compensation for member who will be performing additional tasks related to Spanish-language translation and outreach to Spanish-speaking parents of students in the After School Program at Manzanita SEED Elementary, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,867.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,434.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
