P.-72 19-2313 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and YMCA of the East Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase the hourly rates of their after school staff as well as add two more part-time staff members to support homework and academic growth for students in the After School Program at Piedmont Avenue Elementary for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,315.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $100,567.00 to $108,882.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
