P.-66 19-2285 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to add hours for staff to focus on mandated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to ensure quality in after school programming; add a martial arts class, a field trip, and additional opportunities for students to participate in soccer, poetry classes, and service learning activities for the After School Program at Sankofa Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $11,627.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $174,798.00 to $186,425.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
