P.-58 19-2234 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Robert Frazier, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 224 hours of instruction to students in African Drumming Classes in grades TK through 3rd grade that promote cultural awareness; instill respect for the various cultures and styles of music represented within the lessons; and allow students to learn and establish rhythm in accordance to a beat established by the teacher at Sequoia Elementary School, for the period of September 3, 2019 through May 15, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $18,500.00.
