P.-47 19-2206 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to expand the after school clinical internship program to support direct student socioeconomic interventions for students in the After School Program at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $7,341.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $147,373.00 to $154,714.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
