P.-46 19-2203 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to hire additional staff to offer additional enrichment activities in cultural arts and computer coding for after school students for the After School Program at Laurel Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $7,756.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $110,323.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
