P.-45 19-2178 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to increase after school staff prep time and after school staff hourly rates as well as providing additional staff time to focus on mandated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process designed to ensure quality in after school programming for the After School Program at Community United Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $97,199.00 to $106,014.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
