P.-44 19-2177 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to add an arts program to after school offerings, as well as additional staff hours for professional development around Social Emotional Learning and the mandated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to ensure quality programming in after school for the After School Program at Life Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $11,741.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $130,131.00 to $141,872.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
