P.-43 19-2176 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional service by adding soccer and leadership programs as well as additional hours for staff professional development for the After School Program at Fred T Korematsu Discovery Academy, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $96,589.00 to $105,404.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
