P.-42 19-2164 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional staff hours for professional development, as well as additional staff hours for mandated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to ensure quality in after school programming for the After School Program at Martin Luther King Jr Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $1,279.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $191,032.00 to $192,311.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
