P.-41 19-2162 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to add an after school soccer coach, additional hours for program assistant, as well as additional staff hours for mandated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to ensure after school quality programming for the After School Program at Hoover Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $128,009.00 to $136,824.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
