P.-40 19-2161 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional service by adding a performing arts class as well as additional hours for the after school site coordinator for the After School Program at Grass Valley Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,382.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
