P.-39 19-2160 Approval by the Board of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to add a Destiny Arts class, a martial arts class, an after school sports instructor, as well as additional staff time to focus on mandated Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to ensure quality in after school programming for the After School Program at Howard Elementary School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $8,815.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $102,567.00 to $111,382.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
