P.-29 19-2460 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Architectural Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, by extending the term from August 23, 2018 through December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2020, for the latter to perform architectural design Scope of Work described in Agreement, for the Ralph Bunche High School CTE Kitchen Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
