P.-27 19-2453 Approval by the Board of Education of award of an Agreement for Architectural Services on behalf of the District to S Meek Architecture, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide design and engineering services for three (3) portable classrooms, as delineated in November 5, 2019 proposal, as a part of Exhibit "A", attached, for the Sankofa Academy Portable Classrooms Project, in the amount of $29,220.00 as the selected Architect, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Architect with work scheduled to commence on December 12, 2019, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2021, pursuant to the Contract.
