P.-26 19-2400 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional special inspections mandated by the Department of State Architects, for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $249,358.00, (which includes a $50,000.00 contingency), increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $187,126.00 to $436,484.00, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
