P.-24 19-2393 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to continue to serve as Inspector of Record for the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, by extending the term from May 27, 2015 through January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
