P.-22 19-2389 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, extending term from December 1, 2017 through December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2020, for completion of the work - provide project management and air monitoring services during the removal of asbestos containing materials - in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
