P.-21 19-2388 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, extending term from March 20, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2020, for completion of the work - review the revised Construction change Document (CCD) #29 Drawings, prepare report indicating the status of unresolved review comments, provide as-needed fire and intrusion alarm consulting services - for the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
