P.-19 19-2372 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement between District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, California, for the latter to provide consulting services assisting District to update Fire and Intrusion Alarm Standards, as specified in proposal dated September 2, 2019, attached as Exhibit A, for the B & G Fire Alarm Shop Project, in the amount of $19,000.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on December 12, 2019, and scheduled to last until June 10, 2020, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Consultant.
