P.-12 19-2327 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to continue to provide inspection services, as specified in the Scope of Work, for the Elmhurst Middle School Boiler Replacement Project, by extending the term from April 25, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to March 31, 2020, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
