P.-10 19-2290 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services - RFP Pool - on behalf of the District to Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide consulting and close out services for four DSA Legacy projects, requiring fire alarm related documentation: Sherman ES-DSA #6132; Howard ES-DSA #61334; Oakland Tech Portable Classroom-DSA #9311 O; and Sequoia ES-DSA #61570, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at a cost not to exceed $37,000.00, commencing on December 12, 2019, and concluding on or about June 30, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement.
