P.-8 19-2399 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No.1, Construction Contract with Digital Design Communications, Oakland, CA, for the latter to include abatement and removal of devices, conduits, boxes and all other items related to the FA/IA Systems, for the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in the amount of $35,346.07, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $796,800.00 to $832,146.07, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Change Order with said Contractor. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
