P.-5 19-2458 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Kyleigh Nevis, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide the following services in support of the 1Million Project and CPUC Grants: create training materials for teachers, parents and students; develop a public-facing website for outreach; collaborate with site teams to assist with strategic planning for the 1 Million Project; collaborate with site leadership to provide monthly usage data; troubleshoot issues and support requests related to the 1 Million Project; provide assistance with related 1 Million Project activities as required; submit grant reports to the CPUC per the District's grant requirements, via Technology Services Department, for the period of December 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $34,887.00.
