P.-9 19-2213 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Verde Design, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to prepare a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the Emerson Elementary School Soft Ball Field Project, in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $258,860.00 to $266,360.00, extending the term of the Agreement from June 7, 2018 through August 21, 2020 to December 31, 2020 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
