P.-2 19-1946 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Hugo Gregoire Consulting, Fremont, CA, for the latter to provide direct support to schools training students on recycling, composting and disposing of waste, etc., properly; work with District's food recycling program, making sure that food that can be safely reused is donated to allowable agencies and organizations, including holding such at the proper temperature, and delivered, via Nutrition Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $39,253.91.
