P1.-5 19-1777 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0027 - Award of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for the Lakeview Elementary School Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade Project - Non Competitively Bid - to Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA, which consists of providing replacement of the current fire alarm panel and reprogramming the new panel device, in the amount of $85,250.00, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on October 11, 2019, and scheduled to last until April 12, 2020 or with performance to be completed within 180 calendar days from date of issuance of District's Notice to Proceed, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor.
