P.-72 19-1898 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the Oakland Housing Authority (OHA), Oakland, CA, with the latter as the owner/leaseholder of the real properties located at any OHA community housing site in Oakland, agrees to provide space at said sites to the District, as specified in the MOU, for the latter to conduct an Adult Education GED class and program services, via the Adult and Career Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, at no cost to the District.
