P.-70 19-1895 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Philip Williams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide technical assistance with Windows and Apple computers, as required by the school, to obtain the maximum instructional benefit and utility for students and staff, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Oakland Technical High School, and its Fashion, Art & Design Academy, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
