P.-48 19-1844 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Stephan Zyngier, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, and Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating District's tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at three (3) middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, and other services, each as stated in the Scope of Work incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $22,800.00.
