P.-45 19-1829 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Juan Quintana, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide daily support groups and individual assistance to "at promise" students; continual contact parents of students by phone and home visits; professional development for staff in understanding the issues of K-5 at promise students and how these issues can be addressed during the school day; and parent workshops in primary languages on how parents can improve student academic and social skills at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
