P.-11 19-1888 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0033 - Award of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for the Roosevelt Middle School Sewer Repair Project ("Project") - Competitively Bid - to the ER Plumbing & Construction, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide repair and construction services of sewer system, replace all concrete and asphalt affected by pipe, in the amount of $217,450.00, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, with work scheduled to commence on October 11, 2019, and scheduled to last until October 30, 2019, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Contractor.
