P.-10 19-1885 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0032 - Award of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for the Frick Middle Intensive Support Site Project ("Project") - Non-Competitively Bid - to the Regwick Construction Company, Oakland, CA, with the latter to repair a broken irrigation valve box, which cracked the PVC piping leading to a major leak in the installed irrigation line, during the delivery of new fencing material for the new perimeter project fencing, in the amount of $2,027.54, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on October 11, 2019, and scheduled to last until November 11, 2019, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Contractor.
