P.-9 19-1802 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0030, Award of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - The Center Project - Non-Competitively Bid - to Rook Electric ("Contractor"), Oakland, California, which consists of providing software installation of 13 new IP dome cameras, provide new XProtect licenses for the new cameras, provide labor, wire and materials, programming and training, in the amount of $45,000.00, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on October 11, 2019, and scheduled to last until August 29, 2020 or with performance to be completed within 323 calendar days from date of issuance of District's Notice to Proceed, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor.
