P.-7 19-1760 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Contract for Services (Extension of Lease Agreement) between the District and Mobile Modular Management Corporation, Livermore, CA, in conjunction with the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, for the continued lease of portables on site for an additional six months, extending the term of the Contract from June 27, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and at an additional cost not to exceed $65,621.85, increasing the not to exceed amount of Contract (Agreement) from $203,897.60 to $269,519.45. All other terms and conditions of Contract (Lease Agreement) remain in full force and effect.
