I'm oppose as planning does not include hearings at the attendance area of properties after first circulating the 7-11 Committee's priority list of surplus space and real property including on the priority list whether the sale or lease of the property is for child care and development purposes. First the Education Code 17390 duty to determine the amount of surplus space and property is blocked by the Oakland School Board Resolution #1819-0247 charging its appointed 7-11 Committee with review of 5 specific sites the Board's Administration has picked. Now the plan is to skip property attendance hearings violating Ed. Code 17390(c). Debrief of CDC visits but no attendance area hearings? Shameful disrespect of 7-11 democratic process.
