P.-19 19-1693 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Keith Welch, Alameda, CA, for the latter to develop data analysis tools, data collection systems, and training materials for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Department and schools participating in the ELC initiative; evaluate the ECE department's ROCK program by analyzing the child development outcomes of children who participated in the program relative to a matched comparison group of students who did not participate in the program and provide related services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Early Childhood Department, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
