P.-12 19-1779 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0025 - Award of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for the Various For Alarm District Wide Project - Non Competitively Bid - to Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA, which consists of installation services for the current Sprinkler Inspector's Test Valve, installation and relocation of Sprinkler Riser Monitoring Device, in the amount of $62,957.00, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on September 26, 2019, and scheduled to last until March 1, 2020 or with performance to be completed within 180 calendar days from date of issuance of District's Notice to Proceed, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor.
