P.-7 19-1763 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1920-0028 - Award of General Services Agreement for Cole Administration Building Project - Request for Proposal - to Lamphier-Gregory, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Environmental Consulting Services, involving preparation of an Initial Study and completing the process as to whether a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) or possibly an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is required; estimated costs and budgets; identifying resources, air quality and greenhouse gas emissions and energy, identifying land use and planning, noise impacts and traffic analysis, provide environmental study services, in the amount of $121,200.00, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on September 26, 2019, and scheduled to last until August 29, 2020 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor.
