Agenda item 19-0440 was withdrawn at 3/22/2019 Board meeting. This item is payment of a consultant contract with Performance Fact, Inc., to among other duties support "7-11 process" for $128,750. Since the contract is not paid, and the consultant is working without a contract, I oppose this meeting. District is open to lawsuit letting folks work without a contract. This is a bad management process that the 7-11 Committee should vote to oppose.
