19-1881 7-11 Committee re-Assembly and Receipt of Reports from the breakout sessions with Attendance Area Community, as to whether Edward Shands Adult Education Center, pursuant to statutory criteria, is needed presently and in the foreseeable future as an educational facility by the District and b) If not, shall the property be declared surplus and what advisory recommendation(s), if any, on future use should be made to the Board of Education.
