F.-1 19-1805 A Report to the Facilities Committee by the Deputy Chief, Facilities Planning and Management regarding the potential for placing a General Obligation Bond Measure on the November 2020 ballot to support continued modernization and seismic upgrades of District facilities and/or a separate facilities maintenance parcel tax measure for District facilities.
As long as the District uses school construction bond money to pay consultants for operational cost of planning Facility Master Plan, I view the management of OUSD as corrupt and on that ground oppose any new facilities bond or maintenance parcel tax measure.
