    Intent of California Constitution is not to let school construction money be diverted to pay for district's operational expense. Board Member Jody London since 2011 has lobbied for use of school construction money pay for District's operational cost of facilities Master Plan by Consultant MK Think, Inc. Since 2012, Jody London has voted Measure J Bond funds for consultant firm MK Think to develop District's Facilities Master Plan. No bond money for Facilities Master Plan consultants!
