MacDonald Company, Oakland, CA, as the selected contractor, in the amount of $59,433.00, for performance of services described in the Scope of Work and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement with said contractor with work scheduled to commence on September 12, 2019, and to last until December 31, 2019, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
