P.-3 19-1665 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Contract (Agreement) for Services between the District and Star Elevator, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide labor and materials to perform emergency repairs on the passenger elevator at McClymonds High School, in an amount not to exceed $7,537.62, increasing existing Contract, for the term March 14, 2019 through December 31, 2019, with vendor not to exceed amount from $34,688.90 to $42,226.52. All other terms and conditions of the Contract (Agreement) remain in full force and effect.
